Refund Policy

At Bean Tradition, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted, premium-quality coffee. Since coffee is a perishable product, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. However, we do make exceptions in cases where:

Incorrect product delivered (example: you ordered Arabica beans but received Robusta).

Incorrect roast level (only applicable for roasted beans).

Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery.
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos as proof. Once verified, we will either:

Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:

Refunds/replacements will not be provided for reasons such as taste preferences or delayed consumption after opening.

All claims must be raised within the specified timeline to be eligible.
